PURPOSE OF
PROCESSING
The purpose
of collecting and processing the personal data gathered via the enabled e-mails
owned by MBA INCORPORADO S.L.U. or via its employment portal, made available to
the Users, is, depending on the specific case, for management and service. This
management and service may be automatic or manual and responds to requests for
information, questions or suggestions, or any other services or activities,
acts or events provided, offered and/or sponsored by MBA INCORPORADO S.L.U., in
addition to managing the employment requests sent in response to each offer
published at any time.
According to
the purposes described, the type of data processed are mainly: (i) identifying;
(ii) academic and professional; (iii) metadata of electronic communications;
(iv) economic, financial or bank related, and (v) commercial information.
STORAGE PERIOD
The personal
data provided by the Users will be stored during the corresponding time period to meet the purpose for which they were
collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise, in addition
to storing them as blocked according to the applicable legal obligations.
The data
based on consent will be stored as long as the
Interested Party does not revoke said consent. From that moment forward is when
we will proceed to eliminate them as long as a legal
obligation allows us to do so.
When it
comes to the employment portal, CV information related to employment requests
sent will be stored as long as that published offer is
open. It will be deleted afterwards. If
said information may serve for other open processes or for other ones that will
be published in the future, only then may the data be kept for a longer time period, for a maximum of 3 years.
Personal
data sent to the e-mail addresses enabled for the reasons listed on the
“Contact” page that are not related with those reasons (such as, for example, sending
a CV when there is an employment portal to meet that need) will be immediately
and safely deleted. MBA INCORPORADO, S.L.U. is not responsible for the processing
of said information.
LEGAL STANDING
MBA
INCORPORADO, S.L.U. is authorized to process personal data based on the consent
provided by the Interested Party for one or numerous purposes, as stated in
article 6.1.a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, from
herein after “RGPD”).
Nevertheless,
and if the cases in which this express consent is not applicable, it is worth
remembering that the lawfulness or legitimation of the processing could be
adapted to other legal conditions set forth in article 6 of said Regulation,
such as, for example, when processing is necessary to perform a contract in
which the Interested Party is involved, or said processing is necessary to meet
the legitimate needs of MBA INCORPORADO, S.L.U.
ACCURACY OF THE DATA
The User
guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date.
The User will be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may
be caused due to the consequence of noncompliance with said obligation.
In order for
the data
found in our computer and/or paper files to always correspond with reality,
they should always try to be up to date. In such a way that, for these
purposes, the User must make the changes directly when able or communicate them
via reliable means to the corresponding MBA INCORPORADO, S.L.U. area or department.
RECIPIENTS
The personal
data collected through the e-mailed owned by the data controller and through the
employment portal will not be transferred or communicated to third parties,
unless necessary to develop, control and comply with the purposes expressed, in
the cases provided for by law, as well as in the specific cases the User is
expressly informed.
SPECIFIC RULES FOR THE BLOG AND FORUMS
Due to the
existence of a blog and forums on some company websites, we
have
to
keep in mind that, according to their characteristics, personal
information may exist in addition to the information that is sent/received
through the e-mail/contact forms; specifically, the information exchanged between
the tools through instant messaging, comments, etc.
Generally
speaking, this
Privacy Policy is applicable to Users of said sites that
want to participate by communicating in some way.
In addition,
according to the idiosyncrasy of these types of tools, the acceptation of this
Privacy Policy and User’s participation implies that the interested parties
expressly consent to the publication of the personal data they enter into the
text they publish on the blog or in the corresponding forum; nevertheless,
generally speaking, Users must be aware that the information published may be
spread massively or universally and must take the precautions they deem
appropriate.
At the time
of registration in said tools, good practices or forum management regulations
may be provided, apart from the Privacy Policy. All Users must respect these,
with the aim of protecting User’s personal data as much as possible.
EXTRANET
In addition
to the email addresses or existing contact forms, MBA INCORPORADO S.L.U. has an extranet
to interact with suppliers, clients, partners or any other person or entity
related with the company through the website.

carried out on the extranet.
All Users
must expressly accept this Privacy Policy and the conditions of use when they
register for the tool.
